It takes courage and strength to ask for help. I can guide you to the truth of your inner most wants and needs. I connect with my clients through extensive listening, probing questions, and direction. My work with you will be supportive at times and gently challenging at others. I believe that it is important to educate my clients beyond the traditional here and now psychotherapy. I use a variety of materials to teach deeper self-reflection and communication skills in interpersonal relationships.
