Fees and InsuranceFee
My rate for a 50-minute individual or couples session is $200. Longer sessions are available upon request depending on need and availability. Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal. Insurance I am an in network provider for Aetna. I am an out of network provider for other insurance plans. If your plan offers out of network mental health benefits, I can provide you with an itemized Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement or I can file claims on my end. Please send me your insurance information before your first appointment: full name on plan, date of birth, insurance provider name, insurance provider phone number, and member ID #. |
