Fees and Insurance

My rate for a 50-minute individual or couples session is $200. Longer sessions are available upon request depending on need and availability. I am an out of network provider. I can provide you with an itemized Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement or I can file claims on my end if  your plan offers out of network mental health benefits. 

If you would like me to check your out of network insurance benefits please send me your insurance information before your first appointment - full name on plan, date of birth, insurance provider name and phone number, and member ID #.
